Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 60 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €450 is due.

Booking & payment
You book Alp Chalet Gundersheim directly with us as private owners, with no extra booking fees or intermediaries.
After your reservation you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details and the amount of the deposit and security deposit. From this security deposit, we will settle the actual electricity consumption and the tourist tax after departure; the remaining amount will be refunded. This way, guests pay based on usage and it encourages mindful energy use.
All payments are made by bank transfer. Your booking becomes final as soon as we have received your deposit.
The listed rates apply to the entire chalet, regardless of the number of guests.
Arrival & departure days
Arrival and departure is possible every day of the week throughout the year.
For the Christmas and New Year period, different arrival and departure days may apply.
